The service life of stretch stamping parts is related to the reasonable use of mold equipment, the production of high-quality stamping parts, good heat treatment effect and the correct choice of punching equipment . The following aspects should be paid attention to when processing stretch stamping parts;

Before installing and using the molds for processing stretch stamping parts, they should be strictly inspected, remove internal stolen goods, and check whether the guide sleeve and mold are well lubricated.

In molds that process stamping parts , the punch and die edges should be stopped when they are worn and sharpened in time, otherwise the wear level of the mold edge will be rapidly expanded. Increase mold wear, reduce the quality of stamping parts and damage the life of the mold;

To ensure the service life of stamping and stretching parts, the springs of the mold should also be replaced regularly to prevent the quality of the stretching stamping parts caused by excessive spring time;

How are the unloading plates in stamping molds maintained on a daily basis?


We need to regularly maintain and maintain the stamping molds in the stamping parts processing factory . So how do we maintain the discharge plates in the mold? Let’s briefly talk about it below;

The disassembly of the unloading plate in the stamping mold can be first pried up with two drivers in a balanced manner, and then balanced with both hands to remove it.

When disassembly difficulties, check whether the mold is cleaned, whether all the locking screws are removed, whether the mold damage caused by the stalk material should be damaged, find out the cause and then do the corresponding treatment. Do not deal with it blindly.

When assembling the unloading plate, first clean the bolt and unloading plate, add lubricating oil to the guide column and the bolt introduction, put it in smoothly, then press it into place with both hands, and repeat several times. If it is too tight, you should find out the cause (whether the guide column and guide sleeve are guided normally, whether there is any damage to each part, whether the new mould can pass through the discharge plate smoothly, whether the position of the unloading plate is correct,), find out the cause and then do the corresponding treatment.

If the fixing plate has a chunk, check whether the material is stealing on the back plate of the unloading material is sufficient. The material contact surface between the unloading plate and the die will cause indentation during long stamping (the gap between the unloading plate and the die will generally reduce the material thickness by 0.03-0.05mm. When the indentation is severe, it will affect the pressing of the material. Accuracy, causing abnormal product size, unstable, etc., the unloading inserts and unloading plates need to be repaired or re-grinded. The contour sleeve should be inspected for accuracy . When it is not as high, the unloading plate will be oblique and its precision The guiding and smooth elastic compression function will be destroyed and must be maintained;
